Dispatch
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days, however, this may take longer during peak-trade periods. As soon as your order has been dispatched, your shipment tracking information will be available in your NeoLife Back Office.
Delivery Times
Once orders have been shipped, the carrier will endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders are expected to be delivered in 2-5 business days within Metro areas. Delivery times to Western Australia, regional and remote destinations may take up to 8 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated on the total order PV. Orders of 250PV or more will be eligible for free parcel post shipping.
