The NeoLife Backoffice App, currently available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, is scheduled to be retired in 2026. While the Backoffice App has been a tool for many, it was built on a foundation that has been surpassed by other modern solutions. We understand this news may require some adjustment to your processes, but it will allow us to focus on more reliable solutions for the future.
Why We’re Turning Off the App
The NeoLife mobile app was originally built and supported by a third-party developer. Over time, they stopped keeping the app’s underlying technology up to date, and the platform it runs on is no longer supported.
Rather than rebuild an outdated system, we are focusing our efforts on the future with a mobile-first experience through our new website, and through our existing web-based Back Office.
What You Can Use Instead
Our data shows that the Backoffice App was most commonly used for:
- Viewing current rank status
- Placing orders
- Reviewing reports
The good news is that you can continue doing all of this, and more, using any web browser by navigating to your Back Office website:

What This Means for You
The mobile app from the Apple app store and Google Play store will no longer receive updates or support. We will make sure that the messaging on the app store(s) will reflect this change, and in 2026 the app will be removed from Apple & Google app stores, so new users will be unable to download it. The Back Office, through your browser (myoffice.neolife.com) remains fully available and is the solution we recommend at this time.
